3. Cancellation of Services

You may request to cancel the following services:

  • GitHub/LinkedIn Optimization Services: Cancellation requests must be submitted before the optimization process has started. If the process has already begun, cancellation will not be possible.

  • Project Assignment Services: You may cancel your participation in a project before being assigned tasks. Once tasks have been assigned, cancellations will not be accepted unless under exceptional circumstances (e.g., health or personal reasons).

  • Student Assistance for Studying in Germany: You may cancel your request for assistance at any stage before your application process begins.

How to cancel:

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the following criteria:

GitHub/LinkedIn Optimization Services:

  • If you request a refund before the optimization process begins, we will issue a full refund.

  • If the optimization/Makeover process has already started, no refund will be issued.

Project Assignment Services:

  • If you cancel your participation before tasks are assigned, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • If tasks have already been assigned, no refund will be provided for any payments made, as the project work has already begun.

Student Assistance for Studying in Germany:

  • If you cancel before any application or visa processes have started, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • If the application or visa process has already started, no refund will be issued, as services have been rendered.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis if:

  • Etisalar is unable to provide the agreed services.

  • There are exceptional circumstances such as health emergencies or unavoidable personal situations. In these cases, documentation may be required.

6. Processing of Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank, but it typically takes 60 business days.

7. How to Request a Refund

  • Your name and email address

  • A detailed reason for your refund request

  • Any relevant documentation or information related to your request (e.g., cancellation confirmation, payment receipt, etc.)
