These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Etisalar ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in India, and you ("User", "student", "client", or "you"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Etisalar offers the following services:

GitHub and LinkedIn Optimization: Professional optimization services for GitHub and LinkedIn profiles to improve visibility and attract recruiters.
Student Assistance for Studying in Germany: Providing guidance and support for Indian students interested in studying in Germany, including university selection, application assistance, visa support, and accommodation guidance.
Project Assignment Services: Assigning students in India to work on real-world projects from German companies. These projects may last for 1, 3, or 6 months, and students will be given specific tasks to contribute to the project.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the sign-up and application process.
Keep your account information, including email, phone number, and payment details, up to date.
Use our services only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
Respect the intellectual property rights of others and refrain from sharing or using any content that violates copyrights or trademarks.
Participate in the assigned projects responsibly, completing tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

4. Payment Terms

For certain services, such as project participation or GitHub/LinkedIn optimization, a payment may be required. By registering for these services, you agree to the following:

Payment Method: Payments may be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods available at the time of registration.
Refund Policy: Payments made for services are non-refundable, except in cases where Etisalar cannot deliver the agreed-upon services.

5. Service Availability

Etisalar makes no guarantee that its services will be available at all times or free from interruptions. We reserve the right to suspend or modify services at our discretion, including for maintenance or upgrades.

6. Project Assignments

Students will be assigned to real-world projects from our German clients based on their skills, preferences, and availability.
The duration of the project will be agreed upon before assignment, with options ranging from 1 to 6 months.
Students are expected to complete the tasks assigned to them as per the deadlines and guidelines provided.
Etisalar will provide guidance and support, but the primary responsibility for task completion lies with the student.

7. Termination

Etisalar reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its services for any user who:

Violates any terms of this Agreement.
Engages in illegal, unethical, or harmful behavior.
Fails to meet the requirements or responsibilities of the services.

8. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

Etisalar respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in India.
By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to share any confidential information provided by Etisalar or our German clients during your project work unless authorized.

9. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property, including but not limited to code, designs, content, and materials, created as part of the projects you work on through Etisalar remains the property of the respective German company or client.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials provided solely for the purpose of completing the project and enhancing their professional profiles.

10. Disclaimers

Etisalar does not guarantee the success of any project, the outcome of any application for university studies in Germany, or the optimization results of LinkedIn/GitHub profiles.
We are not responsible for any issues or disputes that arise between students and German companies during project assignments or between students and universities during application processes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etisalar is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from the use of our services.

12. Modifications to Terms

Etisalar reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes, and such changes will become effective upon posting on the website. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction], India.
