Etisalar was founded with one clear goal: to make it easier for Indian students and job seekers to access world class support for studying in Germany and building a strong professional presence. Originally, our university guidance services were offered through our partner company, Arshan (Germany). But we quickly realized a challenge students in India needed on-ground support, clarity, and a point of contact closer to home. They weren’t reaching out directly to our German office, and the experience felt distant. That’s why we built Etisalar, a dedicated, India-based extension of Arshan, founded in Chennai to support students and professionals across the country with clarity, accessibility, and personal connection.
